ARRIVAL TO CAMP
- Arrival 4:00PM Sunday - No early check-in
- Please check-in at the new snack-shack & first aid building
- Once cabin assignments are made, campers may set up their bunks
- Dinner will be the only meal provided Sunday
- We ask that you encourage your child to stay for the entire length of camp unless otherwise necessary
- Snack shack money is collected and given to staff upon arrival & check-in (usually $10-20 is more than enough for the week- campers can buy candy, chips, drinks, ice-cream, popsicles, etc.)
- We invite all parents, friends, & family of the campers to attend Skit Night on Friday, July 21st
- We encourage all campers to stay the entire length of camp for the full experience, we cannot offer refunds
- Campers are to attend and participate in all activities with the camp (special circumstances can be made if necessary)
- Campers are not permitted to use electronic devices throughout the week, so please keep these at home (or give to camp staff)
- If phone calls must be made to your child for any reason, please let the directors know in advance so we can plan this out
- Pick up Saturday by 11:00AM at the latest
- Breakfast will be the only meal provided Saturday morning
- Please ensure your child has all of their belongings before leaving to go home (towels, clothing, Bible, crafts, etc.)
- OACC is a rustic camp - all cabins have fans, but are not air conditioned
- We welcome any and all children within the appropriate age ranges for both camps
- The OACC Youth Fellowship has retreats/events throughout the year that campers are all invited to & encouraged to join
- Bring a friend to camp (or two, or three!) - we would love for your child to bring their best buds
